No entry for proc in section 5 of the manual

Hi,

I am on F10 and just tried this ...

[steve at laptop ~]$ man 5 proc
No entry for proc in section 5 of the manual

I don't ever recall having to install anything not included in the base install 
to get this man page, so, i am surprised this is missing.

Did I miss a memo or something ?
