If i take out the repo line for my local updates repository and
replace it with:

repo --name="updates" --mirrorlist="http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f10&arch=i386
"

to use a random public mirror, I still get an

"ignoring duplicate repository updates with URL http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f10&arch=i386
"

in the console messages.

After the install is finished and I do a "yum -y update", there are
gobs of updates that get applied. So, it doesn't seem possible to get
a clean, updated kickstart install for some reason.
