Memory is fine. Just Fedora 10 x86_64 does not like this machine :(
I hope that a new kernel will fix it, I have run Slax before like for 3 days straight with copy2ram option, got online and checked mails and all, watched movies and all no problems. I thought I had figured it out in Fedora, by booting with acpi=off, the machine also ran well, but for some reason or another as soon as I got online and started surfing with Firefox, the machine froze and could not do anything :(
CTRL+ALT+F2 to switch to a terminal, CTRL+ALT+BACKPACE, CTRL+ALT+DELETE do not work. Machine just freezes. Sending this from Slax, just a thought.
Thanks for trying to help :)
Regards,
Antonio
