Okay this is an indication that a previous yum transaction was killed
before rpm cleanup was completed.

the  yum-complete-transaction  command may be of interest to you.
man yum-complete-transaction

I have not had to use this myself, but this maybe a relevant command to try.
It comes as part of the yum package in F10.
