Updating and installing packages without an internet connection

I use rsync to mirror the parts I want at work (since I run Fedora there)
and then I bring home the new stuff (using find and sha1sums to find new
stuff) on a usb drive. Even if you use Ubuntu at the office you should
be able to mirror stuff there.
