simple yet effective: dvbcut  dvbcut.sourceforge.net
http://rpmseek.com/rpm-pl/dvbcut.html?hl=com&cs=dvbcut:PN:0:0:0:0
choose either i386 or x86_64, newest version.

rpm -Uvh --nodeps {that rpm}
or use my provides conversion rpm, attached.
