Precisely the same as the 32-bit version.  Download it and install
it somewhere (I use /usr/local).  For JRE 1.4.2, the actual plugin is:


So create a symlink from there to your
/usr/lib64/firefox-(version)/plugins directory.  An ls -l of your
plugins directory should look sorta like:

# ls -l /usr/lib64/firefox-
(extra stuff deleted) -> /usr/local/j2re1.4.2/plugin/amd64/mozilla/

(note that that's from an F7 install and using JRE 1.4.2)
