blacklist request of my packages for gcc43

Dear rel-eng team:

At Feb 13 01:00 JST  (UTC+0900) the following packages I maintain
are listed in need43 list:

ruby-hpricot - rebuild done (with help of Jeremy Hinegardner for ruby
                 related issue), will be removed from the list on next check

kazehakase
  Not sure if this should be removed from need43 list

  Currently won't build even against gcc41. Need fix for xulrunner 1.9 
 (upstream is investigating).
  In this case you want to remove kazehakase from need43 list?

mecab-ipadic, mecab-jumandic
   Need not to rebuild, please remove from need43 list

   This is _not_ noarch and contain some binaries under %_libdir, however
   the binaries are built from some text files for mecab dictionary by
   mecab related binary (actually %_libexecdir/mecab/mecab-dict-index)
   and all binary files in these two rpms are not ELF binaries (but
   arch dependent)
