Unable to make a boot for a brand new installation - How to make a Grub boot CD?

That's not true.

That will be a challenge. I recommend booting your install CD in rescue 
mode, and doing it from there.

Learn to read the documentation and to use google. Mostly those are more 
reliable and quicker than this list.
