Looking through the error_log you sent me:

E [25/Feb/2008:12:10:34 -0500] [Job 138] Can't open Bluetooth connection

This comes from the bluetooth backend, part of the bluez-utils package.
I have filed a bug report in Bugzilla about it:

What output do you get when you run '/usr/lib/cups/backend/bluetooth' on
its own?
