 Dear Greshko,

I think i m very much near to it, but still it is not working. My yum.conf is as follows

[main]
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
keepcache=0
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
exactarch=1
obsoletes=1
gpgcheck=1
plugins=1
metadata_expire=1800
installonly_limit=2
proxy=172.161.432.234:8080
proxy_username=arun
proxy_password=arun258

# PUT YOUR REPOS HERE OR IN separate files named file.repo
# in /etc/yum.repos.d

but I am getting following error (we are using ip address of our proxy server to assess Internet)

Component: pirut
