Viewing a DVD with Totem

yes - totem-xine REPLACES stock totem.

yum remove totem

with remove Fedora totem (and rhythmbox if it is installed)
yum install totem-xine

then installs totem-xine (and you can then re-install rhythmbox as 
totem-xine meets its dependencies)
