You're maybe right, but it is surprising that you can miss to install
tetex-dvi while you are requesting a full install of tetex

Same problem occurs with many tetex packages, you have to install them
later using yum and you cannot install them from first install
(tetex-afm, tetex-eurofonfs...)

Same for emacs, only a basic emacs install is possible from graphic
install of f8, you have to install emacs-nox, emacs-auctex... in
postinstall; there is no possibility to install them as optional packages.

I would do it is it was in f8... but it is only in f9 I could see.
