webcam and fc8 troubleshooting

Brian:  Thanks for the link.  I'm working with:

now.  In the meantime, looks like I installed when booted to PAE kernel, 
and was trying to run luvcview with planetccrma kernel.  The video is 
working when in PAE kernel.  I'll now try to get steps to control module 
loading and unloading (seems audio needs to load before video).
