Novell owns Gnome?  That's a little silly I think.

Looks like a lot of hot air and paranoia to me.

FWIW, mono wasn't in Fedora for a while due to patent concerns.  The
folks at Red Hat legal decided it was acceptable after careful
scrutiny.  And I tend to think that they're pretty well aware of the
potential for MS to try and sue them and other linux vendors out of
business. :)
