yum-fastestmirror by default .. no? .. why?

skipbroken is part of yum now if i'm seeing things correctly

[izhar at hikari ~]$ yum --help
[..snip..]
  --skip-broken         skip packages with depsolving problems
[izhar at hikari ~]$ rpm -q yum-skipbroken
package yum-skipbroken is not installed
[izhar at hikari ~]$ rpm -q yum
yum-3.2.11-1.fc9.noarch
[izhar at hikari ~]$ ls /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/
fastestmirror.conf  presto.conf
