stability of firefox/thunderbird etc.

The recent announcement of the stability of firefox and thunderbird for RHEL5
is exactly what I've been having on FC7 myself. At random times either
program simply crashes, i've had this with pidgin as well,but not as often.

The solution was claimed to be relinking with correct libraries.

I've tried the stock 2.0 series, but in real life I now use the 3.0 beta,
and both have exactly the same behavior. They crash a few times per week,
i'd dare to say thunderbird might be even more unstable under equal use.
