LDAP be killing me. I need a good step by step

Well that certainly is a personal decision.  Sometimes people just want 
something to work and they don't want to delve into the details at the moment.

I'm glad to see Ric got it working.  His message came in after I sent mine 
about not knowing if he got it running or not.

I certainly hope the "circle jerk" doesn't continue too much longer.  Heaven 
knows we have seen a few of those recently.  :-)  I can't remember any of 
those types of "discussions" ending with one party saying "You're right!  I 
see the error in my ways".
