central administration

I hadn't considered the possibility that someone would be so careless. The timeout on sudo helps in this case i suppose but i think a better solution would be to centralize administration and then have it prompt you for a password if the there is no activity for 5 minutes or close the panel automagically but maybe this would cost too much in terms of resources.
