That's really pretty much all there is to it.

Edit /etc/sysconfig/vncservers to include the uses that you want.

Run vncpasswd for each user specified in /etc/sysconfig/vncservers

Edit ~/.vnc/xstartup to enable your normal desktop if desired.

Start the vncserver and let 'er rip.
