Likewise leeches or maggots. But recently modern medicine has come back
around to realise how useful these little beasties are. You point is ?

Or likewise dedication the willingness to continue with a cause you
believe in in the face to convention.
We can continue like this all day if you want, but it doesn't get us
anywhere...
