F9: Problem with Services tool

The GUI, from the menu "System", "Administration", "Services" is a link
to "usr/share/system-config-services/gui.py" I wonder if they are
inter-related someway. How does your "gui.py" script compare with a
fresh copy? I think re-installs don't always replace everything.
