How do I set up networked printers in F9 ?

Have you looked at ?
There's also from where you'll find a 
link to Launchpad - their ticketing sysem for problems.  If your printer is 
listed as supported (and I don't recall you ever said what model it is) and 
you can't get hplip to see it, use Launchpad.  They are very helpful.
