BIND patches versions for older Fedoras -- Update

I have just done the same for F5
but I am feeling very nervous about updating my main server
which runs DNS, DHCP, nfs, nis, samba, exim, cyrus-imap, apache,
dovecot ....

Have you had any problems ?

Do I need to install all seven rpms or just
bind, bind-chroot, bin-libs and bind-utils
