RhythmBox wants text/html decoder plugin ??

Hi;

Error messages:

"A text/html decoder plugin is required to play this stream, but not
installed."

I can find no such plugin. Trying to get
http://www.cbc.ca/listen/streams/r1_ottawa_32.html
working. 

Plus others. 


NPR
http://www.npr.org/templates/player/mediaPlayer.html?action=3&t=live1&islist=false

opens the NPR radio in its own Media window.  I would like to get it to
open it with RhythmBox.  

It was working in RhythmBox before using shoutcast-playlist.pls. Now I
get ""http://scfire-dll-aa02.stream.aol.com:80/stream/1062": Resource
Not Found"

Any suggestions.
