Fedora 9 and VMWare Server

I've come up with (at least) a partial solution.

First, my problem was with VMware Server 2.0.0 on Fedora 9
x86_64.  Sorry that this was not clear.

I have been running SELinux in permissive mode.   I disabled
SELinux and rebooted.  I am now able to log in and see the
VI Web Access UI.
