kde-4.1 coming soon to f9/updates-testing

well since the repository isn't populated, no one can test it. I had the
feeling that the group designation may not be complete and besides, I
was able to get the list of packages from the website that Rex linked to
- so I was figuring I could just copy/paste at this point.
