Adjust the fonts of QT-based programs

For qt3 I 'yum install qt3-config' then run the command 'qtconfig'.

After adjustments the resulting qtrc file is saved below your home .qt 
directory.

To make this system wide (all users) write it to 
/usr/lib/qt-3.3/etc/settings/qtrc .
