That mmap minimum address was introduced to block some security exploits. 
Setting it to 0 won't make you any more vulnerable as with the old kernels 
(AFAIK there's no way to exploit the mmap minimum address alone without some 
other security issue), but it will disable this possible mitigation of 
potential future security issues.
