How long for updates to appear?

Hi,

I have recently been experiencing crashing in OpenOffice wrier, which 
prompted me to search bugzilla.redhat.com.  I found what I think is the 
bug responsible: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=445318

The last developer comment (submitted 7 May 2008) is "fix for that 
checked in, will be in >= 2.4.0-12.9".  As this was a month ago, I 
thought it should probably have been released by now.  But it doesn't 
appear to be available (on 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/9/x86_64/).

Is it usual for a fixed version to take about a month to upload?  Or am 
I (more likely) missing something? :)
