Are you using FC7?
In rpm.pbone.net I found:

ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/atrpms.net/f7-i386/atrpms/stable/transcode-1.0.5-33.2.fc7.i386.rpm

Try to find yours rpms in rpm.pbone.net for your fedora distribution.
