Using yum with mirrors.fedoraproject.org unavailable?

Well, if I google for "fedora repository ireland"
I get taken to a couple of irish repositories, eg ftp.heanet.ie .

There used to be a list of repositories round the world,
but I don't see it at this moment.

I used to use my local repository but now find the mirrorlist works fine.
