BOINC again !?

Bill, I haven't been following this thread at all so I apologize in
advance if this is totally offbase, but could it be that Boinc is
starting before Network Manager is ready? As several people have
mentioned elsewhere, one of the problems with NM it starts up too late
in the boot process.
