VMware server problems with the new F8 kernel

Built the patch file from the site and used it instead of doing the
updates manually.

Confirmed that the resulting patch does allow Workstation 6.0.2 to build
(with a number of warnings) on both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of
the kernel.

Note, however, that this patch also appears to at least partially revert
Workstation 6.0.2 back to version 6.0.0. This could be due to using
vmware-any-any-115 as the source update - I don't think there's a newer
version as yet though.

Hopefully there will be another set of updates from VMware (like another
beta of Server 2.0 and Workstation 6.0.3) which will fix these issues
directly.
