We would need more information to be sure, but I would guess this is
redirection of the terminal being blocked. So a confined domain tried
to write to its terminal, which rpm had redirected to a pipe. SELinux
policy did not allow the confined domain to write to the pipe, so it
shut down the connection and replaced it with a connection to /dev/null.
Most likely nothing broke. The only potential problem would be some
output from the confined domain was lost (written to /dev/null).
