x86_64 success (minor apic lapic kernel crashes)

A couple minor issues with apic and lapic.

In my case I bought a x86_64 system and installed F8 x86_64.

It was crashing hard (X frozen, would ping, but no ssh login) after a 
few minutes of web browsing and file copy from USB to PATA (about 3 mb.)

Memtest86+ ran 24 hours with no problems.

CPU thermals on the low end.

The kernel arg "noapic" gets it stable.

The kernel arg "nolapic" makes it come up with no ethernet devices.

So for now it's noapic.

MOBO : MSI K9MM-V K8M800 AM2
MEM : 1Gx2 CORSAIR TWIN2X2048-6400
CPU : AMD A64 X2 4000+ 2.1G AM2

This has the VIA K8M800 chipset.
