If it were me, I would start by saying
        sudo yum --exclude=perl* update
That would probably allow most of the update to succeed.

For the perl packages, I guess one would need to know
what repositories you have enabled (in /etc/yum.repos.d/).

Sometimes waiting a day or two will solve problems like this ...
