Pagemaker files

I've never had any luck opening PM files in anything other than
PageMaker.  Sometimes InDesign will open them.  Maybe you can look at
this project:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pm2html/

I've never used it - I always try to get the provider of the PM files
to export EPS or PDF instead.
