i just noticed a possibly related issue.  i also show show kde docs in the
help system; i do have the kdebase and kdebase-runtime installed but i
get:

The requested help file could not be parsed:
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en//dolphin/index.docbook

the same for various other kde apps.  installing the various docbook rpms
didn't seem to make a difference.
