using previous home directory

Simply mount the old one on /home.

Change:
/dev/sda6              76G   28G   45G  38% /media/-home

To:
/dev/sda6              76G   28G   45G  38% /home

You mount file systems onto directories.  Anything that was in the
mounting point will be hidden from then on and you'll be accessing the
other partition as if it was just a sub-directory in /.
