FC6-FC8 upgrade and MYSQL file conflicts

I just upgraded F7 to F8, and for problems like this, I removed the
confused package (e.g., "yum remove mysql"), retried the upgrade, and
reinstalled all removed packages after the upgrade. (There were
several.) - jos
