FC9 and KDE sound issues

Ah, so "forever" means "until you change it again".

I was never much of a fan of the "change it just this once" option since
I found I would always check anyway, but YMMV. What is more annoying is
that the radio-button doesn't turn on when you make the selection,
though it's on if you pop the menu a second time (this is in KDM).
That's just stupid.
