Which package name should be use when Fedora 9 release and I upgarde my Fedora 8

Preupgrade downloads the packages to your local system and points 
Anaconda to that which internally uses yum to resolve dependencies.

Yes, the software itself is considered complete but the package is sitll 
in the testing repository pending the Fedora 9 release.
