dhclient exit hook and network manager?

Before NetworkManager consumed the universe, I could add search targets
to the dhcp generated /etc/resolv.conf with a dhclient-exit-hook script.
That script is no longer invoked with NM. Is there an equivalent? Some
NetworkManager-exit-hook script or something?
