Virt-Manager fails to open .img

Hey all,

I've been trying to set-up a KVM virtual machine, but when I run
virt-manager it always fails following the creation of the .img file
saying that it was unable to open it.

Do I need to set certain permissions? I've looked around a bit and
tried running restorecon -v as suggested in some places, but it
doesn't seem to have any effect.
