You'll need to switch to the "new" style menu first, then right click
on it as Rex pointed out.

If you mean the panel itself, that seems to be missing still. If you
mean e.g. hide tasks from other desktops, then it's just right-click
on the taskbar (you have to miss the tasks on it) and there's a
settings option for it.
