yum install 404 Errors

Hmm debugging this a little further,  the url's its trying for example:

This fails:
http://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/fedora/linux/updates/9/i386/Packages/<http://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/fedora/linux/updates/9/i386/Packages/gmpc-0.15.5.0-3.fc9.i386.rpm>
sonata-1.5.1-1.fc9.i386.rpm

But if I remove */Packages/* from url i can download package from the
browser

http://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/fedora/linux/updates/9/i386/sonata-1.5.1-1.fc9.i386.rpm

So looks like the constructed url should not have Packages but somehow it
does.

Any thoughts?
