Help me mount this drive

It has a separate power supply.

This seems to do it.

1. Disconnect everything.
2. Connect adapter to drive.
3. Connect power to drive.
4. Wait a few seconds.
5. Plug adapter USB into computer.

When I do it just like that, it works fine.  Auto mounts. Perfect.
