Fedora 10 - no longer rawhide?

I haven't used preupgrade on either system, but my expectation is that
preupgrade from F8 will either take you to F9, or not work at all (given
that a direct upgrade skipping intermediate versions isn't normally
recommended). I may be completely wrong about this of course.
