Preupgrade issue F9 > F10

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/preupgrade/1.0.0/1.fc9/noarch/preupgrade-1.0.0-1.fc9.noarch.rpm

And then type:

su -c 'rpm -Uvh preupgrade-1.0.0-1.fc9.noarch'

Everyone's asking this very question...
